Day 01:  Arrival in Kathmandu

Welcome and pick up from airport and transfer to Hotel. Introduction and briefing about the trip.

 

 

 

 

Day 02 :  Sightseeing in Kathmandu.

Visits to many historical and architectural monuments are the main attractions of the day. Visits to Pashupatinath, Boudhanath, Swayambhunath, Kathmandu Durbar Square provide you with some great experience of cultural and historical aspects of ancient life of Nepalese.

Day 03 :  Helicopter Tour to Upper Mustang

North of Kagbeni is generally known as upper Mustang, which looks similar to the Tibetan plateau with its yellow and gray rolling hills eroded by violent winds. The Tibetan influence in Mustang is evident by the life style and language of people, the Buddhist religion and the crops grown. The upper Mustang area was opened to tourist in 1992. In common usage, the name Mustang refers to the arid Tibet like region at the north end of the Kali Gandaki which is known to its inhabitants as Lo. Mustang is probably a Nepalese mispronunciation of the name of capital of Lo, the city of Manthang. The capital of Lo is named Manthang, which translates from the Tibetan as “plains of aspiration” Mustang’s unofficial capital, the walled city of Lomanthang has its own King and thus is a Kingdom with in a Kingdom.

Day 04 :  Free time in Kathmandu

Relaxation and shopping in Kathmandu. Farewell dinner in Nepali restaurant with Nepali cultural show.

Day 05 :  Fly back to Home

As per the flight schedule, transfer to airport and fly back home with beautiful memories of Nepal.
